Pesto tofu salad

Tofu as mozzarella! In combination with pesto: a new look to a classic dish. And ready in less than five minutes!

Snack / serves four / 5 minutes


200 g tofu – 100 g pesto – 40 g olive oil – pinch of salt - crackers

TIP: works well as a topping for a salad too


1. Chop the tofu into mini cubes.

2. Mix the tofu with the pesto and olive oil in a bowl. Add some salt to taste.

3. Serve on a cracker.
