Nutella and tofu tarts

Snack / serves two / 10 minutes


100 g tofu – 3 Tbsp. Nutella – 2 Tbsp. coconut milk – 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder – 30 g plain chocolate, chopped finely – pinch of sea salt – 2 mini sweet pastry cases – 6 strawberries, quartered – 6 raspberries – 10 blueberries 


1. Break the tofu into pieces and place on a clean tea towel. Fold the tea towel over and squeeze any liquid out of the tofu.

2. Put the tofu, Nutella, coconut milk and cocoa powder in a measuring jug or tall container. Use a hand blender to mix it until you have a smooth mousse. Place in the fridge for half an hour.

3. Remove from the fridge. Fold the chocolate and the sea salt through the mousse and spoon into the pastry cases. Decorate with the red fruit.
