Curry tofu spread

Snack / Serves two / 5 minutes

Ingredients

175 grams tofu - 165 ml creamed coconut - 3/4 tsp curry powder - 1/4 tsp chili powder - 1/4 tsp salt - fresh chives, finely chopped - crackers or bread

Preparation:

1. Squeeze the moisture out of the tofu by wrapping it in a tea towel and putting something heavy on top. 

2. Cut the tofu into ½ cm cubes.

3. Mix the coconut cream with the water, beating vigorously, to make a smooth paste. 

4. Mix the curry powder, chili powder, salt and chives through the coconut cream and then stir in the tofu cubes.

5. Serve on crackers or bread.
