Curry tofu spread
175 grams tofu - 165 ml coconut cream - 3/4 tsp curry powder - 1/4 tsp chilli powder - 1/4 tsp salt - fresh chives, finely chopped - toast or bread
1. Press the tofu dry, by wrapping it in a tea towel and putting something heavy on top.
2. Cut the tofu into cubes of half a centimetre by half a centimetre.
3. Mix the contents of the can of coconut cream into a smooth paste, by rigorously stirring the water and the thick cream together.
4. Mix the curry powder, chilli powder, salt and chives through the coconut cream, and then stir in the tofu cubes.
5. Serve on toast or bread.
