Asian wraps

Lunch or dinner / serves two / 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil – 180 g lightly seasoned minced tofu – ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder – 4 Tbsp. hoisin sauce – 1 Tbsp. soy sauce – 2 large wraps – 100 g carrot, in julienne strips – 2 spring onions, cut into wafer-thin strips – 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds

TIP: delicious for lunch too!

Preparation:

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the five-spice powder to the hot oil and mix. Now add the mince. Fry until light brown, stirring all the time.

2. Mix the hoisin sauce with the soy sauce to make a dressing.

3. Place a wrap on a plate; fill with strips of carrot and spring onion and the mince. Spoon over a few spoonfuls of dressing and some black sesame seeds. Roll the wrap up and enjoy.
