Air fryer tofu: Cajun cubes


1 block of tofu, 250 g – 1½ Tbsp. Cajun spices – 2 Tbsp. oil – 5 Tbsp. tomato ketchup – 4 Tbsp. Greek or other yogurt – salt and pepper


1. Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes. Pat dry on a piece of kitchen roll.

2. Mix the Cajun spices, oil and ketchup together to make a marinade.

3. Put the cubes of tofu and the marinade into a ziplock bag. Shake well.

4. Place in the fridge for two hours.

5. Place the cubes in the air fryer and fry for 15 minutes at 180° C. Shake the basket occasionally.

6. Stir salt and pepper into the yogurt. Serve the cubes of tofu with the yogurt dip.
